A Christmas Carol – The Ballet

We are delighted to invite all eligible students to take part in our spectacular Christmas production,

A Christmas Carol – The Ballet.​

The production will feature both matinee and evening performances at the City College Auditorium.

Choreographed by ARTS Principal Vickie, this promises to be a magical festive production and a wonderful performance opportunity for all involved.

Performance Film

To continue providing a professionally filmed recording of our productions while keeping costs as low as possible, we have made an important change to how performance videos are supplied.

​

Due to the increasing costs of producing the show film, we will no longer be providing recordings on USB. Instead, the performance will be supplied as a digital download in HD.

​

To help protect the film from unauthorised copying and illegal distribution, the performance download is compulsory and must be purchased (one per family). This ensures that every family has legitimate access to the professionally edited recording while helping us safeguard the considerable time, expertise and expense involved in filming and producing the show.

​

As there are no longer any USB drives, presentation boxes or printed cover costs, we are pleased to offer the digital download at the reduced price of £12.50 per family (previously £25.00).

​

This charge helps cover the costs of professional filming, editing and production and will become the standard format for all future ARTS productions.

​

Chaperone Volunteers

We are always grateful for the support of our wonderful ARTS families.

​

If you hold a current and valid Chaperone Licence and would be willing to help chaperone during any of the performances, we would love to hear from you.

​

Please indicate your availability on the registration form. Your support helps us ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our performers and is greatly appreciated.

Costs

£10.00 - For Chaperone licences and Off-Site Rehearsal fees 
£12.50 - Compulsory purchase of the show film, one per family
Costumes - approximately £15 to 30.00 per routine
