Please read the following carefully before registering for A Christmas Carol – The Ballet 2026

Registration
-
Completion of the online registration form confirms your intention to participate in the production.

Casting is at the discretion of ARTS Principal Vickie and the production team.

Rehearsals & Attendance
-
Students are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals relevant to their role.
-
Good attendance and punctuality are essential. Repeated absence or lateness may result in changes to casting or withdrawal from the production if it affects rehearsals or performance standards.

Parents/guardians will be notified of rehearsal schedules in advance wherever possible.

Performance Commitment
-
By accepting a role, performers are committing to all scheduled performances on
Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th December 2026, including both matinee and evening performances where required. -
Additional rehearsals may be scheduled during the weeks leading up to the performances.

Performance Film
-
A professionally filmed digital download of the production is compulsory and must be purchased one per family.

The cost of the digital download is £12.50 per family.

The recording is supplied for personal viewing only and must not be copied, shared, uploaded, distributed or published on social media or any other platform.

Unauthorised copying or distribution is a breach of copyright and may result in future access to ARTS productions being restricted.

Photography & Filming
-
The performances may be professionally photographed and filmed for ARTS promotional and archival purposes.

By registering, parents/guardians consent to their child appearing in group performance photography and video unless ARTS has been informed otherwise in writing prior to rehearsals.

Costumes
-
Costume requirements and any associated hire or purchase information will be communicated once casting has been confirmed.

All costumes and accessories provided by ARTS must be returned in good condition following the final performance.

Health & Welfare
-
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing ARTS of any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs that may affect participation.

Emergency contact details must be kept up to date throughout the production period.

Communication
-
All production updates, rehearsal schedules and important information will be sent via our usual ARTS communication channels. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and check messages regularly.

Changes to the Production
-
ARTS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to rehearsal schedules, casting, venue arrangements or performance details should circumstances require.

Acceptance
-
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the performer and parent/guardian.
