Adult tap classes are available for beginners who have never tapped before and those who are more advanced. Our friendly and professional classes teach the technique and step sequences often seen in musicals, on broadway and in films of the golden era of musical theatre. The emphasis is on fun, fitness, taking part, meeting new people and learning a new skill.
Our fully qualified teacher will take your through all the skills and techniques you need to get to grips with this highly enjoyable dance style. Tap dancing is a great way to get a cardiovascular workout and tone the legs as well as improving your mental focus and energy.
Above all - tap dancing is fun! Classes can be paid for weekly or a half-termly basis.
Our adult ballet fitness class is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and is designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build core strength. The class is a combination of cardio and strength and focuses on individual progress.
Classes can be paid for weekly or on a half-termly basis.
