Conditioning is an addition to our senior ballet classes here at ARTS and is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and create a better alignment for the dancers. Each half-term the class will focus on a different area to improve and strengthen and work through various exercises to achieve this. These classes can also be used to identify a specific area of weakness for an individual dancer and extra coaching can then be given. 

Conditioning is an invaluable part of a dancer’s classical training.
