Dancercise is an exciting fitness class that incorporates the basic elements of aerobics with various forms of dance, including salsa, rumba, street, jive, disco and rock 'n' roll. Finishing off with a tone and stretch to let you feel the benefits of this fun and energetic class!
Each session offers something different and best of all EVERYONE IS WELCOME! All levels can enjoy taking part in this class; working at your own pace and with the option to create Improvers and Advanced classes as the need arises.
So whether you want to lose weight, meet new people or simply try out new styles of dance this is the class for you.
