For those who are new to ARTS I am the 2008/2009 Head Girl. I have now been at ARTS for 12 years and have loved every single year. We are like a big family and that is what makes dancing here such a great experience, being able to chat to anyone and feel welcome. I have been given so many opportunities that not many other people could say they have had e.g.:  performing at the Royal Albert Hall, so I feel extremely grateful to Vickie, Janet, Andrew and others for making this happen.

Through dancing here I have been inspired to carry on pursuing my dream of dance and performance, so I am now in my last year of college doing a BTEC, National Diploma in Performing Arts Dance. I hope to carry on to university and achieve a degree in Dance and Events Management. College is just one of the ways to continue your passion for dance, but you can also complete teaching exams here at ARTS, which can enable you to professionally teach and gain a different dance experience.

‘Cue The Music’, Wow! What a great show we had this year. For all of you that took part in this years show, you were all amazing and once again I am so proud to be your Head Girl. The standard of the performances were of such a high quality and this is because you all work as a brilliant team and believe in what you are doing.

I hope to see you all at ARTS, whether you are old or new students, don’t be shy to come say hi either as I love to chat and meet new people!
